Delete your data

SafariSTEM is run by KyriosLearn Africa. You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you or your child, including messages you sent us on WhatsApp.

How to ask

  1. Email info@kyrioslearn.com with the subject Delete my data, or send the words Delete my data to our WhatsApp number.
  2. Tell us your name and the phone number or email you used with us.
  3. We confirm we have received your request within 2 working days.
  4. We delete your data within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What we delete

  • Your contact details and the messages you exchanged with us on WhatsApp.
  • Any account you or your child have on SafariSTEM, with its progress and activity.
  • Forms you sent us (enquiries, registrations, applications).

We may keep records the law requires us to keep (for example payments and invoices), only for as long as required, and we never use them for marketing.
