A complete in-school programme for Grade 1–8: curriculum, trained instructors, robotics kits and teacher training. Built for Kenyan schools, aligned to CBC, and already running competitions with JKUAT.
Content steps up with the grade, so a pupil who starts in Grade 1 keeps building rather than repeating.

SafariSTEM instructors deliver sessions in school. Your teachers are trained alongside them and can take over as confidence grows.
Shared class kits with microcontrollers, sensors, motors and building components. Maintained and replenished by us.
Onboarding workshop plus termly refreshers. No prior coding experience needed.
Certificates at the end of each level, and a portfolio of projects pupils can show.
Entry and coaching for national events including Robocon Kenya, held with JKUAT.
We run one live session with a class at your school, at no cost. You see the pupils' reaction before committing.
Choose grades, session length and whether sessions sit inside the timetable or in club time. Most schools start with one 60-minute session per week.
Kits delivered, teachers trained, schemes of work handed over before the first lesson.
Weekly sessions with progress reports each term, and a showcase for parents at the end of the year.
Primary school teams from the programme enter Robocon Kenya, the national robotics and AI challenge SafariSTEM runs with JKUAT at Juja. Pupils present a project they built themselves and are judged alongside high school and university teams.
SafariSTEM provides the full curriculum, trained instructors, robotics kits, pupil certificates and a competition pathway. Pupils learn Scratch programming, Arduino electronics, robotics assembly, AI basics and 3D design.
Pupils start from age 6. The primary-school programme runs from Grade 1 through Grade 8, with content matched to each level.
No. SafariSTEM trains the school's teachers and provides instructors, so no prior coding experience is required from staff.
Pricing depends on pupil numbers and delivery mode. KEPSHA member primary schools access a subsidised rate of KES 250 per pupil per term. Schools can request a quote and a free demo lesson.
Yes. The programme is designed to support Kenya's Competency-Based Curriculum, covering the digital literacy and pre-technical studies strands through practical projects.
We run one free demo lesson with a class at your school. No commitment — you watch how pupils respond, then decide.
